![]() It's not really a good farmer except maybe as a corpse explo pit farmer late game (but there are other classes that do it better faster). ![]() You don't do anything under 30s as a summon necro period. In short, yes, the grind is real, but you've already come this far, and you're still here, so you're definitely a winner. Even doing something totally different (like maybe a hardcore character) can really reset your headspace on the game in a good way. ![]() I've also found that when the MF runs get a little stale, or I just don't feel like booting up the game, it helps to start a new character. The truth is that the 80-90% version of your character is the one you're going to spend the most time with, so just embrace it. Once you finally get that Enigma or that Infinity, it will feel amazing, but the thing that was driving you will be gone, so you probably won't play that character as much. My advice is to try to enjoy the journey a little bit. In order to get a character fully decked out the way you might see in a build guide, it's going to take thousands of runs, especially if you are farming solo. Most people don't find all the uniques they need for their perfect build, high runes, and/or rare items with perfect mods - most people (filthy casuals, I believe they're called) play through the game with one or two characters, find a few cool things along the way, and call it a day.Ī lot of the people you see here on Reddit are Diablo superfans, because we love this game, but that also means there are *countless* hours invested in doing the same runs over and over, just for that very small chance that something amazing is going to drop. ![]() Actually, it's completely normal, and it captures the vast majority of people's experience with this game. ![]()
